Human Community Values 

What are our values?

Put simply, our values, which should be reflected in everything we do, are clear:

• To do everything we can to build a loving community in our school,
• To embrace and respect our differences,
• To empower all children to succeed by removing barriers to learning and working to improve our inclusive practice,
• To remove intolerance through education within our children and wider community,

Curriculum

We use our assemblies, PSHE and Philosophy for Children sessions to support tolerance and to help children develop ways of expressing themselves and disagreeing in a respectful way. 

Staff Training

At Kells Infants School, our vision, currriculum and culture is expected to reflect and support our  Values.

Training is sought which helps our staff to understand their own personal values and to help them to embed the values we hold as a school.
